1. Equipment use and basic requirements.

The equipment is used in the production process of precision casting enterprise mould shell. Automatic and manual loading and unloading module, automatic clamping, automatic dip, automatic sandblasting, automatic program control.

2. Main structural features.

2.1 the equipment consists of the base, the lifting arm of the mould shell (1 set), the swing arm of the mold shell (1 set), the rotating mechanism of the mold shell (1 set), the clamping system of the mold shell and the electric control system.

2.2 the main body of the equipment is the quality seamless pipe welding, and the swing arm part is the thick wall square pipe welding and connecting rod swing.

2.3 the device is a full pneumatic drive without external power supply.

2.4 the clamping part of the device is the three-grasp structure of the tail top, which is convenient for disassembly and can be directly hung on the drying line.

2.5 operating system (direct contact azimuth manipulation), the operation position of the human is located in the position of 2 handles.

2.6 the equipment gas circuit is designed for semi-suspension control so that people can assist the reduction according to requirements.
